Checkered mania.
Пятница Дек 19, 2008Few days ago I was going on the bus to my academy in my checkered trousers; one old man was looking at me very strange and finally said: “You have very interesting trousers, they look like kilt. Do you know what means “kilt”?”. I said that I know, but he didn’t care and started to tell me about it very slow and actually not really right (the main passion of old persons- to teach, even if they not are competent in the question!). I was happy, that my way to academy takes only 10 minutes! After this incident my trousers had became an object of attention of my class mate, she said that they look extravagant and very nice. Are the checkered clothes so extraordinary? I thought today to attract somebody’s attention its not enough…In my wardrobe there are many checkered clothes, and interesting fact is that I hadn’t bought them when it was very fashionably, I just bought them at different time and now I have the whole collection.:)
Mostly they are autumn or winter clothes, now I couldn’t remember if I have some summer checkered clothes. Why? I don’t know, how I really don’t know why I so deeply love checkered things (as it is seen from how much I have!) and don’t feel like I’m their fan:)

I always worry though if I do it up too much I’ll look like a Catholic school girl rather than someone who is fashionable
That dress is fantastic, and I admire your courage to wear those pants – you pulled them off fantastically! I am also a HUGE Burberry fan.

2Lindsay and Allison: why you are so scared about those pants?…Wearing them I feel like wearing jeans:) it’s ok, I guess to pull them and to feel ok helps their design, I think for girls with thin hips are good skinny plaid pants, but for more “appetizing” girls-wide leg pants(from my and my friend experience):)
