Extremely high heels, would you wear it?…
Суббота Ноя 1, 2008I was looking for new tendencies for boots for this season when I saw some pairs with really “crazy heels”. I looked at them and I thought: “Who can wear such high heels?!” Poor models…I can’t imagine myself making even few steps on that heels, but they are going the whole runway!
Actually I have some kind of fear about high heels, that’s why I’m not wearing them…I know, it sounds stupid, but I’m really scared when I’m thinking about putting-on high-heel shoes!!! I have few pairs of adorable shoes with high heels but I’d put-on them (each pair) only for one time! So uneconomically:( I look at them every day and say to myself: “I get to wear them, they are so beautiful!” But I can not do it…Almost all my classmates are wearing high or extremely high heels and it makes me feel envy…But interesting fact is that no one of my friends is wearing high heels!
I will place here later some photos of my lovely shoes and maybe their presence on my blog will make me to get ride of a fear and start to wear them!:) But first I gonna show you that “crazy heels” about which I’d said earlier:

You should overcome your fear, and embrace your high heels! They are there for wearing, not admiring! :0)
I *love* all my high heels – I’ve just bought a gorgeous 5 inch pair of black pointy pinstripe heels, with a leather sash belt over the toes – I can’t wait to wear them!

I think high heels are very sexy and and stylish. But these new heels with 6, 7 and even 8 inches of heel height is just ridiculous. Used to be a time when only strippers would be caught wearing platform high heels. Now they seem to be the norm. A whole generation of women are now tottering around on towering high heels not really looking all the pretty. I love a 4 inch heel. I will even concede that a 5 inch heel with a short platform is quite sexy. But shoes higher than that are just not for me.

It looks gorgeous, but not very practical for walking in the copenhagen’s sidewalks! hehe
