Stress, how to escape it?…

Last 3 weeks were very stressful for me, first of all because of my hard studies and some misunderstandings with my family. All this time I tried to find the problem in my mind that provokes me to react on all these factors very emotionally. I don’t know if I found it…I thought that problem lies in my perception of what’s going on, after I recognized that there weren’t my fault, simply the circumstances are so. I did all that I could but circumstances didn’t allow my plans to come true. But why I just can not simply calm down, why I’m blaming myself? This unpleasant situation made me to find some information how to escape every day stress. I found interesting article about stress, it is known that stress in most situations is provoked by failures, according to this article the failure is psychological and emotional injury, which is remembered of our body, all organs of senses and lies deeply in them till the next failure. All of us faced in our life situations when we couldn’t achieve something or were in ridiculous situation. How we perceive our failures depends also on our family, friends and casual people around us, how they react on this, support or blame us. What should we do to direct this negative energy in positive(useful) way? Some people perceive failure like the stimulus to move forward, to improve themselves but some people perceive it like stop sign that provokes them to escape from reality and hide. Actually dangerous is not the failure but its forwarding issues on our behavior and actions, which formulate our characters. Psychologists analyzed behavior of successful people in causes of failure. First of all, these people formulate for themselves the purpose and they use a strategy “to” but not “from”. It means that they do not try to escape FROM problems but try to move towards(TO) success. For example when you want to pass the exam what are you thinking of: to enter the university or to escape from parents’ pressure?
Well if you defined your purposes like achieving of your own interests you should learn what you should do when something still going wrong. The main techniques of fighting with failures are to define it and separate on steps. You should look on the situation from different points of view: from real, critical and supporting. You can write all your conclusion separately on the paper and after some time look at them, them you’ll understand what are really your mistakes, what were simply unfortunate circumstances and what are you achievements(yes, they are in every situation, just because we are stressed we can not see them!)
